Enamel Pin Badge of Me

Edit the uploaded photo of me, an adult. Keep my face, skin tone, hairstyle, expression and features exactly as in the photo; do not lighten or smooth the skin. Design a retro arcade player-select screen with my pixel-art character in the centre, flanked by four invented characters on a glowing grid, neon frame and scanline texture. Bright primary colours, chunky 8-bit style, empty strip for text, no readable text.
