Please read these terms before you use Chater (https://chater.in). By using the site you accept them. Last updated: 4 Oct 2026.

1. What Chater provides

Chater offers free AI image prompts in Tamil and English, a Prompt Builder and guides. They are text only. We do not create images, and we never receive or store your photos. You create the images yourself in other AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini. The shop may also offer paid prompt packs or courses.

2. Who can use the site

The site is for a general audience. If you are under 18, please use it together with a parent or guardian. You do not need an account.

3. What you must not do

  • Do not edit anyone else's photo without their clear permission. Do not create face swaps or deepfakes of celebrities, politicians or any other person.
  • Do not use photos of children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Do not create images that are sexual, harassing, deceptive or that spread false information. Do not create fake ID cards or documents.
  • Do not present an AI-generated image as a real photograph to mislead others.
  • Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.
  • Follow the terms of the AI tool you use and the laws of India.

4. About AI-generated content

Sample images on the site are AI-generated. The same prompt can give a different result in a different tool or on a different day, and we do not promise any particular result. See the Disclaimer for more.

5. Ownership and use

The text, guides, design, sample images and the selection of prompts on Chater belong to Chater and its creator. You may copy a prompt and use it to make images for personal or business use. You may not copy our content in full to publish or sell it, or present it as your own. Names such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Meta AI are trademarks of their owners, and we have no connection with them.

6. Paid products

Packs and courses bought in the shop are for your personal use. You may not share or resell them. Payment is made on an external payment service. See the Refund and Payment Policy.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Reporting and removal

If you see content that is wrong, illegal or that infringes your rights, tell us as described on the Grievance and Takedown page. We may remove content and stop serving anyone who breaks these terms.

9. Availability

We cannot promise that the site will always be available. We may change or remove content or features without notice.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Chater is not liable for loss caused by using the information on this site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
